Known Issues

Connection errors in Multiplayer mode

If you are experiencing connection issues in Multiplayer, try the following procedure:

- Close the app and relaunch it.

- Power off and restart your device.

- Check that your device storage is not full. Make sure you have several GB available.

- Try an alternate connection method. From now on, you may also use a 3G/4G connection, so try switching between different connection types (Wi-Fi, 3G or 4G).

Progress restoration/synchronization between two devices

Please note that Asphalt 9 does not currently support cross-platform play. Your progress can only be transferred between devices with the same operating system (e.g., iOS and iOS, Android and Android, Windows and Windows) by linking the game to your social network account. After that, you can continue playing on a new device by logging into the game using your social network account credentials. When you change to a device within the same platform, your game progress will be restored via the social network, though anything platform-related will be lost (Club progress / Limited-Time Events / Multiplayer progress). So we recommend that you warn your Club mates before changing devices, or leave the Club beforehand so you don't affect it. If you want to play the game with your friends, make sure that they are playing on the same platform as you.

Game crashes/freezes

If you experience game crashes/freezes, we recommend that you complete the following steps in order to avoid them:

1. Double-check that no one else is connected to your Wi-Fi network.

2. Make sure you are not running any streaming or P2P software on your Wi-Fi network connection.

3. Check that the signal strength is at maximum.

4. Reboot your device and restart Wi-Fi.

5. Try to use a different Internet connection method (Wi-Fi, 3G, 4G).

6. Clear the game cache. To do this, please go to your device Settings --> Tap Applications --> Select Manage Applications --> Scroll to find the game name, then tap the app icon --> Tap Force Stop --> Tap Clear Cache. Please do not confuse this with the Clear Data icon; if you tap Clear Data, all your game data will be lost.

Connection errors

Some of our players have sent us reports indicating that they are not able open the game and reach the main menu due to connection issues. Our development team is already doing everything possible to resolve this issue in a timely manner. Please accept our sincere apologies for the temporary inconvenience.

My device is not supported

To see the list of devices currently compatible with Asphalt 9: Legends, please check our Forum page in the Community section. While we are constantly adding more devices to this list, we are unable to provide a precise date for compatibility with any one device in particular.

Can I sell a car?

No.

How do I save my progress?

Progress is saved automatically. If you are logged in, your progress will also be saved in the cloud.

Can I transfer my game progress to another device?

It is possible to recover your game progress after reinstalling the game or after replacing your device. In order to do this, you just need to install the app on your device and log into the same social network account you used previously to link your game progress to your device. Please note, however, that this only works within the same platform (iOS, Android, Windows).

Do I need to be connected to the Internet to play?

Yes, you can't play the game without a connection to the Internet.

How do I customize the controls?

In the main menu, tap the OPTIONS icon (upper-right corner near the Gameloft icon). Go to the Game Settings > Controls, and choose the control that goes best with your driving style.

What happens if I win some Blueprints for a car that I already have starred up to the max?

Those Blueprints will be automatically turned into Trade Coins you can use to buy Card Packs and Items on the Legend Store.

What are Milestones?

Milestones is the main Club feature that allows you to obtain unique rewards. Each Milestone has a Reputation Points (RP) target to be reached in order to allow you to get the reward attached to it. Each Club member contributes to reaching those Milestones by automatically sharing their RP with the Club. Once a Milestone is reached, all Club members can claim the reward.

How do Seasons work?

Every time a season ends (every 2 weeks, every month, etc.) the Club Season is reset. This means that Club Reputation Points are set back to zero and new Milestones with brand-new rewards are introduced. The Club has to reach all the Milestones by the end of the season.

Can I be in more than one Club at the same time?

No, you can't. If you want to join another Club you first need to leave the one you're already in.

Can I add a friend?

No, this option is not activated for the game yet.
